The Deputy Registrar will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the university, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating communication between departments. The role also involves coordinating across interdepartmental processes, handling student inquiries, and participating in the development and implementation of university policies and procedures.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate/ Post Graduate in a relevant disciplineMinimum 10 years of experience in the relevant role.Administrative and Organizational skillsProficient in MS OfficeExperience in record-keeping, compliance, and regulation managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in coordinating across all administrative departments for smooth operations.Ability to develop and implement policies and proceduresDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsExperience in a higher education setting is beneficial
