JD for Marketplace Assistant Manager:Responsibilities:Responsible for driving revenue on multiple eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Zepto, Blinkit etc.Doing market research, understanding competition & market trends.Responsible for leading the team for product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization to get the best listings.Managing relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces.Working with the operations team to manage shipments/POs to reduce stock-out timePreparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance with expert in data Analytical skillsHandling Key Accounts management, Stock management, Stakeholder management, Inventory management.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of managing e-commerce sales, with a BTech/BCom/MBA/ other bachelors/master’s degreeInterest and willingness to work with beauty & personal care sector is a strong advantageStrong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholdersProven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders and handling Inventory Management.Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to manage a team of associates to drive marketplace channels
