Senior HR Manager Location: Rohini, Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site Experience: 7 to 12 years We are looking for a proactive and people-driven Senior HR Manager to lead our in-house Human Resources function. You’ll play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while building a strong and positive workplace culture. If you love leading end-to-end hiring, building capable teams, and driving impactful people initiatives — we’d love to connect with you HR Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen company culture and employee experience. Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and organizational growth. In-House Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions — from job design and postings to offer closure. Build a strong internal hiring process, ensuring quality, speed, and candidate experience. Use modern recruitment tools, referral programs, and internal mobility to attract the right talent. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles. Onboarding & Employee Development Design engaging onboarding programs that help new hires integrate smoothly. Plan and execute training programs that enhance skills, productivity, and retention. Support leadership development and career growth initiatives across the organization. Employee Engagement & Relations Organize engagement activities, feedback sessions, and recognition programs. Performance & Growth Management Oversee performance review cycles and goal-setting Guide managers on feedback, performance improvement, and succession planning. HR Operations & Policy Compliance (Support Function) Manage HR systems, employee records, and analytics efficiently. Ensure internal HR policies are up-to-date and followed consistently. Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) Experience: 7+ years in HR management with strong exposure to in-house hiring and talent development. Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning Ability to drive engagement, retention, and growth-focused HR initiatives Sound knowledge of HR operations and best practices Job Type: Full-time
