We are looking for engineers who are "Customer Love Obsessed" and ready to "Dare to Fail" as we redefine how billion-dollar retailers operate.The Role:We are looking for two Staff Engineers to serve as the technical anchors in our engineer team.This is not a people management role. You will not be approving vacation days or managing HR issues. You will be a Player-Coach : a high-level individual contributor who sets the technical standard, writes the most complex code, and mentors a group of talented engineers.You will own the "How" : How we architect multi-agent systems, how we automate our own coding workflows, and how we scale our platform to handle enterprise-grade complexity.What You Will Do1. Build the Agentic FutureDesign and build sophisticated Multi-Agent Systems using frameworks and custom orchestrators.Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols and Model Context Protocols (MCP) that allow our AI to securely access client data (Azure Data Lake, SAP, Oracle) and "think" before it acts.User machine learning to build sophisticated model for demand prediction, clustering etcEnsure our "Human-in-the-Loop" architecture remains transparent, explainable, and trustworthy for enterprise users.2. Drive "Code Automation" & The Golden PathWe believe in engineers who don't need to be managed because the system manages the quality.You will build the "Golden Path" : the internal tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted coding workflows (Cursor/Copilot contexts) that allow your teams to ship safely and autonomously.You will review the PRs and set the bar for code quality, ensuring we never ship "spaghetti code" to hit a deadline.3. Mentor & ElevateYou will be the technical lead for key agents.Your job is to unblock your team. When a Senior Engineer is stuck on a race condition, you sit with them and solve it.You will partner with the Principal Engineer to ensure technical feasibility meets business velocity.What We Are Looking ForYou are a Builder first: You still love writing code. You are uncomfortable if you go a week without committing to the repo.System Design Expert: You have experience designing distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or high-scale data pipelines.AI/LLM Pragmatism: You have hands-on experience (or deep curiosity) with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, or Agentic frameworks. You know the difference between a cool demo and a production-grade agent.Force Multiplier: You have a track record of making the engineers around you better through code reviews, design docs, and mentorship."Keep It Simple" Mindset: You fight against over-engineering.
