Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and maintain high levels of performance.
  • Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate team performance through key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience. Provide feedback and guidance to the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management : Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
  • Process Optimization : Review and improve recruitment processes to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve the candidate experience.
  • Training and Development : Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
  • Candidate Sourcing : Oversee sourcing efforts, ensuring that the team uses a mix of job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find the best candidates.
  • Interview and Selection : Assist with the interview and selection process, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Reporting and Analytics : Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and team performance to senior management.
  • Compliance : Ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and company policies.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role or as a senior recruiter.
  • Leadership : Proven experience in managing or leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruitment Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle and various sourcing techniques.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization : Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Technology : Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and other HR software.
  • Education : A bachelor’s degree, or any HR related field is preferred.


Preferred:


  • Experience in recruiting for (Contract and Perm roles)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and labor regulations.
