The role will involve supporting enterprise-level systems, ensuring uptime, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with technology infrastructure requirements for a leading client in the BFSI domain.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support IT network and infrastructure operations.Monitor systems performance and ensure availability.Troubleshoot and resolve network/infrastructure issues.Work collaboratively with onsite teams to maintain service standards.Follow security protocols and compliance requirements.Desired Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in IT Operations, Network, or Infrastructure roles.Hands-on experience with networking devices and infrastructure management.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilitiesStrong understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure tools, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of ITIL processes and BFSI domain exposure is a plus.
