Our team thrives on collaboration and creativity, and we are looking for talented individuals to join us on this journey.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion and EBS Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS Finance and Procurement Modules, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute Oracle Fusion Financial and Procurement Module implementations.Manage Oracle EBS implementations, ensuring seamless integration and data migration.Extract data from Oracle EBS and migrate it to Oracle Fusion Cloud, preparing data sheets and performing data loading efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and extend Oracle Fusion modules.Develop SaaS extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) or Application Composer, and Process Cloud Service (PCS).Utilize Oracle Fusion Cloud tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, Application Security, Workflows, BPM Workflows, Page Customizations & Extensions, FSR, BI Publisher, OTBI, Alerts, etc.Integrate multiple systems with Oracle Fusion using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and various integration patterns.Provide technical guidance and support to teams, enhancing their productivity and technical capabilities.Technical Skills:Strong experience with Oracle Financial Modules (AP, GL) and familiarity with tables, APIs, and interfaces.Understanding of REST services and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.Basic Shell scripting skills and additional knowledge in APEX.Expertise in SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Reports, WEBADI, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework.Familiarity with Oracle Forms, Github, CICD, and Automation Testing is a plus.Functional Skills:Comprehensive knowledge of General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Payables, Assets, Expenses, Procurement, Inventory Management, Property/Lease Management, Receivables, and Cash.Preferred Experience:Experience in the Banking or Financial Services Industry is an added advantage.Soft Skills:Ability to influence and guide multiple teams on technical considerations.Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with and presenting ideas to senior and executive management.What We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Interested candidates can share their CVs to shweta.chandekar1@synechron.com.
