About the Role: We are looking to hire a creative, detail-oriented individual with 0–3 years of experience in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or a related field for a full-time role in our L&D team. The role involves developing high-quality e Learning content using authoring tools, design platforms, and video-editing software, in collaboration with subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities: Develop interactive e Learning modules using Articulate Rise/Storyline or Adobe Captivate Design instructional videos using Clipchamp or similar video-editing tools Create infographics, learning aids, and presentations using Canva and Power Point Assist in writing scripts and designing storyboards Ensure visual and instructional alignment with internal standards and brand guidelines Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts for reviews and iterations Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or related fields Proficient in at least two of the following tools: Articulate (Rise/Storyline), Adobe Captivate, Canva, Clipchamp, Power Point Good understanding of layout, colour, visual hierarchy, and basic video/image editing Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred (Nice to Have): Exposure to instructional design principles Experience with voiceover recording or basic audio editing Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle
