Sales Coordinator Company: Unipro Tech Solutions Job Type: Full time | Internship Working Days: Monday – Friday (Alternate Saturday working – 1st & 3rd) Compensation: 12k to 18k/month Unipro Tech Solutions is a fast-growing ERP and POS technology company serving retailers, supermarkets, QSRs, and distributors across India and Southeast Asia. We deliver modular, cloud-based ERP systems that simplify various business processes such as billing, inventory, analytics, kiosk ordering, and warehouse management. Our flagship product, RetailPOS , helps businesses gain centralized control, reduce operational complexity, and grow faster with real-time insights. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. Manage incoming inquiries through calls, email, WhatsApp, and website leads. · Qualify leads and assign them to appropriate sales executives. · Assit Industrial lead for industrial related sales and attend demos. Sales Support & Operations · Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, opportunities, follow-ups). · Track sales metrics and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports. Work closely with sales executives, technical teams, and customer support. · Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to project/delivery teams. · Maintain documentation related to sales, agreements, and client communications. · Handle client onboarding tasks like
