Meenakshi Sundararajan School of Management established in 2000 & affiliated to University of Madras offering MBA programs with about 120 plus students. 4. The NEST School established in 2022 offering IB (International Baccalaureate) & CAIE (Cambridge) boards. The institutions are defined by two keywords “Industry Ready” & “Vibrancy”. We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Admissions & Marketing Lead who will take complete ownership of driving admissions growth and enrolment targets across institutions. Job Description: Admissions & Growth Strategy Take full ownership of admissions numbers and enrolment targets — plan, execute, and deliver. Design and lead data-driven strategies that translate into measurable growth. Build and optimise a robust admissions funnel — from lead generation to final conversion. Leverage CRM analytics to forecast trends, identify gaps, and continuously improve performance. Ensure every prospective family enjoys a seamless, high-touch experience from enquiry to enrolment. Marketing & Campaigns Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, outdoor, and community platforms — all aligned to deliver admissions growth. Use data insights, market analytics, and audience trends to refine positioning and drive results. Manage performance-based advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with clear ROI and conversion goals. Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice that reflects our core values and aspirations. Events & Community Outreach Conceptualise and execute events that directly feed the admissions pipeline — from open houses to community collaborations. Build strategic partnerships with feeder organisations, and networks to strengthen outreach. Measure event outcomes using data and continuously optimise for engagement and conversion. Digital & Social Media Leadership Lead the organization's digital presence with clarity and precision — ensuring every initiative supports lead generation. Create and curate authentic, data-backed content that amplifies awareness and drives enquiries. Manage and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns with measurable growth metrics. Use analytics to adapt strategy, maximise performance, and achieve admissions outcomes. Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across admissions, marketing, and communications. Establish clear KPIs and review cycles tied directly to admissions performance. Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Partner with agencies and vendors to extend reach and deliver measurable results. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in admissions, brand, or marketing leadership. A strategist with an analytical mind — fluent in both creative storytelling and performance metrics. Skilled in CRM management, funnel analytics, and marketing automation tools. A collaborative leader who thrives on results, innovation, and purpose-driven growth. Confident in taking end-to-end accountability for admissions outcomes.
