About the Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Consultant to support project management activities for our central government client. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with government projects, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Client Type: Govt.
Qualification & Experience:
• BE/B. Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, OR MSc/MCA.
• Consulting experience with reputed firms.
• Experience in Program Management Units (PMUs) or large-scale project environments.
• 3 Years of relevant experience with reputed firm.
• Solid understanding of EOI, DPR, and RFP processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Requirements Collection & Analysis:
• Collect and Analyse project requirements to prepare detailed and accurate EOIs (Expression of Interest), DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), and RFPs (Request for Proposals). EOI, DPR, and RFP Management:
• Ensure all necessary information is gathered to align the documents with project objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end process of issuing EOIs, DPRs, and RFPs.
• Ensure timely submission and adherence to project objectives and timelines. c. Vendor Evaluation and Selection:
• Supervise the evaluation and selection of vendors, ensuring they meet project needs. Project Coordination and Execution:
• Manage contract negotiations to secure partnerships that best align with project goals and resources.
• Coordinate project activities within Program Management Units (PMUs) or large-scale project environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive efficient project execution and delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are incorporated into project deliverables. e. Consulting and Best Practices:
• Leverage consulting experience with reputed firms to provide strategic advice and guidance on project execution.
• Apply best practices to improve project outcomes and efficiency.
• Compliance with Industry Standards:
• Ensure all documents and processes adhere to relevant industry standards and guidelines.
