Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience designing, architecting, and implementing robust ETL pipelines using technologies such as Python , PySpark , PLSQL , Snowflake , and AWS . As an ETL Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance data integration solutions and optimizing ETL processes for scalability and efficiency, while ensuring data quality and integrity in a cloud-based environment.


Job Description:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in ETL design, development, and architecture with expertise in Python , PySpark , PLSQL , Snowflake , and AWS .
  • Solid experience with data warehousing solutions, data modeling, and optimization of ETL jobs.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehousing platform, including data ingestion, transformation, and optimization techniques.
  • Deep experience with AWS services such as S3 , Redshift , Lambda , Glue , EMR , and Athena for building scalable data solutions.
  • Experience with various ETL tools such as AWS Glue , Apache Airflow , or Talend for orchestration and scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with big data tools like Spark (especially PySpark) for distributed data processing.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema, snowflake schema, and normalization/denormalization
  • ands-on experience architecting and building cloud-based data warehouses, leveraging Snowflake on AWS for analytics.
  • Strong communication skills
