Experience: 1–2 years Industry: IT Services / Software Development Employment Type: Full-time, In-house # We are looking for a proactive Project Support Coordinator with strong communication and coordination skills to assist our delivery and project management teams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the IT or software services domain, excellent organisational abilities, and the confidence to manage cross-functional communication between technical and business teams. Coordinate day-to-day project activities, meetings, and documentation. Act as a bridge between clients, developers, QA, and management to ensure smooth project communication. Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and update status reports. Prepare and organise project documentation (SOWs, MOMs, reports, trackers). Support in resource allocation, timesheet tracking, and project planning activities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in project coordination within an IT/software services company. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency a must). Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Slack. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodology. Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
