Role OverviewThis is not just a "social media manager" role. You’ll be the right hand to the founder when it comes to content, positioning, and storytelling. From ideating content to editing videos, publishing across 4 platforms, and managing podcasts & collaborations, you own it.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & ManagementPlan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar (IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook)Research trends, hooks, and formats relevant to founder-led personal brandsRepurpose content for platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Long-form posts)Video Recording & EditingCollaborate with Arun to script and record videosEdit reels and long-form content using tools like CapCut, Descript, Opus, or other AI-based editorsOptimize content for speed, clarity, and emotional engagementBrand Building & GrowthBuild the founder’s personal brand with a POV-driven approachPost consistently with authority-building content: client wins, case studies, founder insights, founder lifestyleTrack engagement, performance, and learn from analyticsPodcast & Collaboration ManagementOrganize roundtable podcasts — from ideation to guest management, scheduling, and executionCoordinate PR appearances, partnerships, and collaborations for Arun’s brandRepurpose podcast episodes into clips, quotes, and postsYou’re a Great Fit If You...Have 1–3 years of experience in social media/content for founders, creators, or agenciesAre skilled in video editing using basic AI tools (Descript, Opus, CapCut, Captions.)Understand the DNA of content across IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, and FBLove storytelling, clarity, founder brands, and online growthAre self-driven, proactive, and hungry to grow alongside a fast-moving agencyWhat You’ll GetDirect access to Arun (founder) and behind-the-scenes of 7-figure campaignsOwnership of a fast-growing personal brandPerformance bonuses on milestones (growth, reach, collaborations)Exposure to India’s top creator brands, coaches, and growth networksDirect access to industry leads and top personal masterminds of Rahul Bhatnagar, Saurabh Bhatnagar, Avi Arya, Anik Singhal etcA career track to Content Lead / Creative Director as the team grows
