This role is perfect for someone who can think creatively, work strategically, and produce high-performing AI outputs across multiple digital domains.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Prompt Expert – Content & Design who can craft advanced prompts for generating:    • High-quality written content• SEO-rich blogs, captions, meta descriptions• Creative design prompts• Image generation concepts• Marketing visuals• Brand-focused messagingYou will collaborate with content, design, SEO, and branding teams to create AI-driven workflows that improve output quality, speed, and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Prompting & Content Creation• Create high-performing prompts for content writing, storytelling, blogs, ad copy, captions, and social media posts.• Craft keyword-focused prompts for SEO content, meta titles, meta descriptions, FAQs, and landing page content.• Develop prompts for image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Stable Diffusion) including keywords, shot descriptors, style guides, and brand-specific creative directions.Design & Visual Content Support• Generate AI-based visual concepts, branding elements, creative variations, and marketing assets• Create prompt templates for design tasks such as thumbnails, posters, social media graphics, advertisements, and UI/UX mockups.SEO & Digital Optimization• Create prompts that generate SEO-rich content, keyword clusters, competitor analysis, and content briefs• Write keyword-driven meta descriptions, image alt-text, captions, and structured data prompts• Ensure AI-generated content aligns with SEO guidelines and brand tone.Workflow Development & Innovation• Build structured prompt libraries, SOPs, and reusable frameworks.• Test and refine AI outputs for accuracy and brand consistency.• Stay updated with AI prompting trends and tools.• Support AI-driven automation and productivity enhancements.Required Skills & QualificationsCore Skills• Strong English writing, editing, and storytelling.• Expertise in prompt engineering for content, design, and images.• Ability to craft SEO-focused prompts and keyword-rich content.• Knowledge of branding and content strategy.• Strong creative and visual-thinking abilities.• Experience creating prompt frameworks and libraries.Technical Skills• Proficiency with AI content tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude.• Experience with AI image tools: Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Stable Diffusion.• SEO understanding: keywords, meta descriptions, topic research, SERP analysis.• Design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus).• CMS knowledge (WordPress optional).Qualifications• Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, SEO, prompt engineering, design support.• Agency or digital-first environment experience is a plus.Why Join 1XL?• Work with an innovative brand blending creativity & AI.• Shape next-generation AI-driven content and design systems.• Collaborative and growth-focused work culture.• Exposure to international workflows (Dubai HQ).• Competitive salary & long-term career opportunities.
