Looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for implementation, configuration, and
support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM. Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document the configurations. Primary Modules- Payroll (US) with any of the combination of- Oracle Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, Talent management

~5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).
~ Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions.
~ Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups.
~ Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.
~ Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.
~ Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues.
~ Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.
~ Oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.
~ Ensure client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams.
~ Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources.
~ Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through design and implementation of HCM modules.
~ Conduct client workshops, configuration, and training sessions.
~ Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports.
~ Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
