We are looking for an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced inverter and converter solutions for hybrid inverter NPD, outsourced/integration-based product development, and sustenance engineering. The role demands both deep technical expertise and leadership capability, guiding projects from concept through production while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Oversee magnetics design, thermal analysis, and loss optimization.
# Support smooth transition from prototype to volume production, including documentation and testing.

Ability to communicate effectively with hardware, mechanical, and system-level teams.

Hands-on experience in power converter design and inverter topologies (HERIC, PSFB, Half/Full bridge).
# Proficiency with wide bandgap devices (GaN, SiC) for high-performance designs.
# Deep knowledge of magnetics design principles and implementation.
# Expertise in thermal management and loss analysis of power stages.
