Position: Senior UI/UX Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a passion for education and technology to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design , with a proven track record of creating impactful digital experiences for educational products. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our platform, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of our product.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and industry best practices to continuously improve the product experience.
Define and maintain UI design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
Mentor and collaborate with junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and skill development.
Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards, advocating for innovative solutions that push the boundaries of educational technology.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on shipped products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting elegant and visually appealing user interfaces.
Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in digital design is highly desirable.
Previous experience in the education or ed-tech industry is a plus.
