Experience: 1–3 years Type: Full-time Creator Engine is a creative post-production company that powers some of the world’s leading digital creators and studios. From YouTube documentaries and BTS films to branded content and television, our team blends storytelling craft with cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality content at scale. We’re looking for Designers to join our growing creative team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in Figma, is excited about building design systems, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll work closely with producers, editors, and other designers to bring visual ideas to life across digital and social formats. Create and maintain design systems, templates, and layouts on Figma Collaborate with post-production and marketing teams to deliver assets efficiently Translate creative briefs into high-quality visuals for web, social, and video applications Work on Thumbnail creations as per creative brief Implement feedback accurately and on time, maintaining brand consistency Experiment with automation and AI tools (if experienced) to streamline workflows Uphold Creator Engine’s culture of Clarity, Ownership, Alignment, Care, and Future Readiness in day-to-day work 1–3 years of design experience in a creative, digital, or post-production environment ~ Strong skills in Figma (component systems, auto-layout, prototypes, etc.) ~ Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) ~ Experience with workflow automation or AI design tools (optional but valued) ~ A strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and adaptability ~ Passion for visual storytelling, social media, and creative innovation Work with a diverse team of editors, producers, and designers behind content for global creators and studios Be part of a fast-evolving creative culture that values both craft and collaboration Opportunity to grow in a company building the next wave of post-production excellence Read about our culture here, as its a very important part of our day to day work at Creator Engine.
