Building the Brand: Come up with extensive and innovative ideas to promote the brand from the ground up, penetrate the market, and achieve the targeted positioning.
Offline Activities: The company had a strict no offline presence rule till now. The right candidate should have the potential to jump-start the offline activities to showcase our presence and impact the market within 3 months.
Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market trends.
Launch & Events: Ability to launch and manage events of new projects. Develop and implement the company's brand strategy, guidelines, and value proposition
Teamwork: Support the sales, engineering, and digital teams by providing necessary marketing materials and brand presentations showcasing brand strengths and past projects.
Social media: Create and manage social media content, maintain interactions with visitors, and share potential leads
Brand Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of multi-scale brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and goals.
PR Strategy: Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation, manage media relations, and oversee agency management.
Media Engagement: Drive targeted media engagements, industry stories, and strategic media bylines to maintain a positive public image.
Event Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, industry conferences, and internal events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.

We will be moving our focus from affordable housing entirely to an exclusive luxury lifestyle brand. We would require you to strive hard and lead our team to ensure that the execution of the branding and the continuous actions thereon to sustain the brand positioning and brand experience are achieved to perfection
QUALIFICATIONS
§ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or work experience in a related field
§ Must be ready to travel.
§ 7+ years of experience in brand management from Hospitality / FMCG/ Retail or similar industries with experience having worked with a luxury brand
§ Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and implementation
§ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
