Job Title: Enterprise IT Sales SpecialistDepartment: End CustomerReports To: HODLocation: Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaThe Enterprise Equipment Sales Specialist will be pivotal in driving sales for enterprise spares(server, storage, and networking), refurbished equipment, as well as the rental and leasing ofthese items. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise hardware, a knack forestablishing robust client relationships, and a strategic approach to sales.Responsibilities:1. Drive sales for enterprise spares including server, storage, and networking components.2. Familiar with products of CISCO, ARUBA, ARISTA and NETAPP will be addedadvantage3. Able to identify and engage with Mid-Level Enterprise Accounts for any of the IT productrequirements4. Champion the sales of refurbished servers, storage devices, networking equipment, andworkstations.5. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients interested in the rental and leasing ofenterprise equipment.6. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring they receive the best-fitequipment for their requirements.7. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product quality, availability, and timelydelivery.8. Stay updated with the latest trends in enterprise hardware to provide clients withinformed recommendations.9. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.10. Develop sales strategies and set quotas in alignment with company objectives.Requirements:1. Minimum qualification require is MBA in IT stream or else engineering stream. Provensales experience in enterprise hardware or a related field.2. Strong knowledge of server, storage, and networking hardware.3. Ability to understand complex technical specifications and translate them into clientsolutions.4. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales quotas.5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Formal education in Sales, Business, or a related field is an advantage.Benefits:1.
