GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management – Who We AreA leading education group since 1997 with 12 institutions, 6 campuses, 14,000+ students, and 800+ faculty members.Offers top-quality programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels (B.Tech, MBA, MCA).Recognized with NAAC A+ accreditation , NIRF ranking , and 4-star rating from the Ministry of Education.Vibrant campus with modern infrastructure, research & incubation centers, entrepreneurship development, and excellent student placements.A culture that values innovation, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.We are looking for Assistant Professors (Computer Science & Related Areas) who are passionate educators, innovative researchers, and enthusiastic mentors with a progressive, technology-driven mindset.About the RoleDesignation: Assistant Professor (Computer Science & Allied Fields)Location: Greater Noida, Delhi-NCRYou will play a key role in teaching, research, and student development while contributing to the institution’s academic excellence.Your ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Mentoring:Design and deliver undergraduate & postgraduate courses in Computer Science.Core subjects: Programming (C/C++/Java/Python), Data Structures, OS, OOP, Software Engineering, Networks, Algorithms, Compiler Design.Advanced areas: AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, AR/VR, Big Data.Use innovative teaching methods, real-world problem solving, and activity-based learning.Prepare lesson plans, guide projects, assess student progress, and ensure quality standards (NAAC, NBA, AICTE, UGC).Research & Innovation:Conduct high-quality research, publish in reputed journals/conferences, and explore external funding opportunities.Supervise and mentor students in research projects.Collaborate with industry partners to apply research to real-world challenges.Work across disciplines to create impactful solutions in AI, Data Science, and related fields.Institutional Contribution:Engage in seminars, workshops, conferences, and cross-departmental activities.Support student development beyond academics – events, training, and skill building.Demonstrate GL Bajaj’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and innovation.What We’re Looking ForB.Tech & M.Tech in CSE/IT (First class from reputed institutes – IIT/NIT/IIIT/IISc preferred).0–4 years of teaching/research experience.
