The Tax Professional will have a strong background in tax preparation, IRS representation, client advisory services, and understanding of accounting principles. This role involves preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to clients regarding their tax and financial situations. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing financial statements and ensuring all accounting processes align with regulatory standards.QualificationsExpertise in Business Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and general Tax knowledgeStrong skills in preparing, reviewing and reconciling Financial StatementsExpertise in Accounting principles and practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferredEnrolled Agent (EA) certification is highly preferredCPA License is highly preferredExperience with tax software and accounting software is required.3 years of Tax Preparation experience is required.
