About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Azure Data Engineer to join our dynamic Data Engineering team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver robust, high-quality data solutions that support strategic business objectives. Design, build, and manage data integration and ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory , Databricks , Synapse , and Microsoft Fabric Develop and optimize data transformation and loading processes to ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data models and analytical solutions Work on data warehousing projects , ensuring efficient data organization, governance, and accessibility Implement and maintain data governance , security , and quality best practices Perform data analytics and generate insights that support business decision-making Continuously improve data workflows and performance of data jobs across platforms Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in Azure-based environments Strong experience with Azure Data Factory , Databricks , Synapse Analytics , Fabric , and SQL Good understanding of data integration , ETL/ELT pipelines , and data warehousing concepts Knowledge of data governance , analytics , and performance optimization Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Be part of a high-growth tech company shaping the future of automotive analytics and digital transformation ✅ Work with cutting-edge Azure technologies in real-world enterprise data projects ✅ Collaborate with a talented, innovative team of data professionals ✅ Enjoy a supportive, growth-oriented work culture ✅ Competitive salary, performance incentives, and career advancement opportunities Ready to Build the Future of Data with Azure?
