Position : Workday Techno-Functional Consultant – Recruitment Module Experience : 5 to 10 years
Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Remote

We are seeking an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Recruitment module. The consultant will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Recruitment processes, ensuring seamless integration with HR workflows, and supporting HR teams in achieving hiring efficiency.

Lead the implementation and configuration of the Workday Recruitment module, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with HR teams to analyze recruitment processes and translate them into eƯective Workday solutions.
Develop and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to support recruitment analytics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Workday Recruitment with other HCM modules.
Conduct user training, create documentation, and promote adoption of best practices in Workday Recruitment.

Required Skills & Experience
~5–10 years of overall experience in Workday with proven expertise in the Recruitment module.
~ Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and business process frameworks.
~ Experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio) is a plus.
~ Ability to work as a techno-functional consultant, bridging business requirements with system capabilities.
~ Workday Certification in Recruitment or HCM modules (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience with multi-country recruitment implementations.
Exposure to other HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent, or Compensation.
