Hiring: Full-Time Associates & Junior Associates (NCLT & Arbitration)

We have a proven track record of representing clients in complex disputes before various courts and tribunals, including the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, High Courts, Supreme Court of India, and Arbitral Tribunals (domestic & international).

As we expand, we are seeking motivated and competent lawyers to join our growing team.

We are inviting applications for the following full-time, on-site roles in South Delhi:

Associate (NCLT) – 1 position
Junior Associate (NCLT) – 1 position
Associate (Arbitration) – 1 position
Junior Associate (Arbitration) – 1 position

Associates will independently manage day-to-day litigation before NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, High Courts, Supreme Court, Consumer Forums, and Arbitral Tribunals.
Junior Associates will assist in drafting, research, and case preparation under the supervision of senior lawyers.

The ideal candidates must have specialized experience in NCLT, arbitration, and civil litigation along with excellent drafting and courtroom skills.

Represent clients in insolvency, restructuring & company law disputes.
Manage domestic & international arbitrations.
Civil Litigation

Draft & file pleadings, suits, appeals before civil courts & High Courts.
Appear in hearings on property, commercial & contractual disputes.

Conduct legal research & prepare briefs.
LL.B. from a well recognised / premier University.

~ Experience Required:

~ For Associates : 5–7 years in NCLT / DRT / Arbitration / Civil litigation.

~ For Junior Associates : 1–3 years in relevant field.

Fluency in English language;
Proficiency with Manupatra, SCC Online, Westlaw etc.;
Excellent communication & advocacy skills;
