About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Supplier Coordinator to join us on a contractual, remote basis. The role involves sourcing high-quality raw herbs, oils, and extracts from trusted manufacturers while ensuring best commercial terms and compliance with certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop a reliable supplier base for Ayurvedic ingredients.
  • Negotiate MOQs, delivery timelines, and quality terms with vendors.
  • Maintain supplier contracts, certifications, and compliance records.
  • Ensure timely coordination between suppliers, labs, and internal QA teams.
  • Build strong vendor relationships to support long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sourcing/procurement in Agro, Pharma, or AYUSH industries.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract handling skills.
  • Understanding of certifications, compliance, and quality terms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
