The ideal candidate for this role understands the power of storytelling and how it can communicate the value of new-age technology in improving lives. Key roles and responsibilities: Oversee multiple content PODs, including social media, Branding, Sales Enablement, Launches, and Client Servicing, ensuring impactful content delivery across each area. Own the branding pod by creating unique, on-brand content that connects with consumers and keeps a consistent tone across all client locations and campaigns. Utilize creative storytelling to write engaging video scripts that reinforce the brand’s identity and differentiate it from competitors, making it stand out in the market. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content that aligns with the company’s values and messaging. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align content with launches and marketing requirements. Qualifications:5-6 years of experience in content writing, preferably within the F&B, Hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. Previous experience with lifestyle brands or a proven ability to create content that resonates with such audiences. Agency experience is a plus, providing an edge in managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines. A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain high editorial standards. Collaborative mindset, capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Experience real-time client site visits to see how food and technology seamlessly connect. Engage with different Marketing PODs to understand the full scope of the Marketing function and how it operates. First 30 days : Connect with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships. Participate in client launches to understand the Marketing team's role on launch day. Align OKRs with work objectives to ensure clarity on key results and how we contribute to success. First 45 days (about 1 and a half months): Deep dive into the individual Marketing PODs and get a holistic understanding of the structure. Start focusing on your dedicated POD and working closely with your team members to deliver actionable results.
