About The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can visually communicate this bold vision and help us shape how India imagines its airborne future.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design compelling graphics for social media, print, pitch decks, websites, and brand campaigns
  • Support the creative team across brand storytelling, launch campaigns, and content creation
  • Create visual assets for marketing collaterals, including brochures, posters, merch, and digital ads
  • Design for static and interactive formats across digital platforms
  • Maintain visual consistency across all communication channels
  • Collaborate with content creators, motion designers, and marketing leads to bring ideas to life
  • Help evolve and maintain Sarla Aviation’s brand identity and design system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong, diverse portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Figma and Canva are a plus)
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, and color theory
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into clean, eye-catching visuals
  • Awareness of social media trends, platform formats, and creative best practices
  • Bonus if you have a basic understanding of animation or motion design
  • A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
