About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals for our digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients, building a robust pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and other strategies.
Sales Presentations: Present and sell the company’s digital marketing services to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of our services and aligning them with their business needs.
Client Needs Assessment: Conduct detailed needs assessments and consultative conversations to understand clients’ pain points, objectives, and goals in order to create tailored digital marketing solutions.
Proposal Creation: Develop and present customized proposals and solutions to clients based on their requirements.
Closing Sales: Successfully close deals and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal digital marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables for clients.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing or technology industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills: Experience in selling digital marketing services or solutions. A network of industry contacts or leads.
