Accounting & reporting Consulting

Our Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC) practice is designed to partner with the finance function as an extension of their team. Our global talent pool has deep functional and technology expertise for the finance function. Our ESG practice provides end-to-end services in the areas of ESG, Climate Action and Corporate Responsibility. We endeavour to guide sustainable transformation in business and society at large, with the vision to shape a more balanced planet for the coming generations. Tech Consulting Our Tech Consulting practice focuses on solving business problems holistically by integrating our deep domain knowledge in finance, risk and sustainability with advanced technology knowledge. We harness the power of new technologies, believing that effective solutions come from combining human expertise with algorithms, data, and AI, while addressing security, privacy, and governance challenges.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

Our GRC practice partners with organizations to navigate the dynamic governance, risk, and compliance landscape. We prepare leaders to manage risks, strengthen governance, ensure compliance, design and test internal controls, and enhance business resilience. We also help deploy platforms for the digitization and automation of GRC functions.

Our purpose is to integrate consulting with technology. This gives our talent a unique multi-disciplinary experience. Our cloud delivery model envisages talent to work across national boundaries remotely and seamlessly. As an Associate Director, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services set out above. You will be responsible to maintain client relationships with senior stakeholders, work with Partner & Directors as well as mentor the team members apart from providing support on our business development and practice management initiatives.

Project management
• Technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues, and conduct research on accounting topics and prepare technical memos
• Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards.
• Assist clients with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Review and analyse client financial information and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date on developments in accounting standards and regulations.
• Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations, including regulatory requirements.

We’re looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing accounting and reporting consulting to clients which includes support on technical and special matters including GAAP Conversion, accounting policy support, new accounting standard implementation (end to end), and Disclosure support for IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS. Strong domain, project management, business development and people skills.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of accounting concepts; Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
• Qualified CAs with experience of working in technical accounting/financial reporting
• 5-9 Years of relevant experience
