Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor‘s degree in Graphic Designer a related field. • Proven graphic design experience of 4-5 years, with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp). • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Excellent visual and spatial design skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and presentation skills • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices. • Demonstrable skills in basic video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, colour theory, and layout. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in the real estate, architecture, or luxury brand industry is a significant advantage.
