If you're passionate about designing impactful learning experiences and have a strong foundation in adult learning principles, we’d love to hear from youKey Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging Web-Based Training (WBT) solutions for corporate audiences. Translate business processes, soft skills, compliance, and engineering content into effective e Learning modules. Apply instructional design theories (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model) to create impactful learning experiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and development teams to deliver high-quality content. Ensure consistent tone, style, and accuracy using industry-standard style guides (MSTP, Chicago, or customer-specific). Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel) at a medium-to-advanced level of proficiency. Requirements: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Science, English, or Education. ~4–5 years of proven experience in instructional design. ~ Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional best practices. ~ Experience in creating WBT for corporate customers. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in instructional design or training methodologies . Working knowledge of rapid e Learning tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
