The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drawing, real estate projects, and be proficient in CAD and design software. You will play a key role in translating conceptual designs into technical drawings and supporting project execution across all stages.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and modify architectural drawings and technical documentation.- Assist in design development in coordination with senior architects and project teams.- Conduct site visits and prepare detailed site reports.- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for project coordination.- Support the preparation of presentations, 3D models, and visualizations.Preferred Skills:- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.- Strong technical knowledge of construction and detailing.- Familiar with real estate development processes.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Qualifications:- B.Arch or equivalent qualification.- Experience in real estate or large-scale residential/commercial projects is preferred.
