A leading Big4 Consulting Firm is seeking an HR PMO to support its end client on a large scale digital transformation program in Navi Mumbai (on-site) . The consultant will be responsible for driving HR transformation initiatives , focusing on HR Project Management, technology implementation , process improvements , and change management . The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary consulting team to design, implement, and manage HR transformation projects. The consultant will oversee project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.Key Requirements:8–14 years of experience in HR transformation projects (consulting experience preferred)Strong project management experience with hands-on knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologiesProficiency in modern project management tools such as JIRA , Trello , and other collaboration platform.Proven expertise in HR technology implementation and HR process redesignAbility to effectively engage and manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teamsLocation: Navi Mumbai (on-site)Duration: 6 months
