About the JobThe candidate will be responsible for solutioning frontend for Randstad RiseSmart's innovative Outplacement and Talent mobility solutions.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDrive independently the building of new features and UI initiatives and acts as a primary point of contact for the UI aspect of the product in that area.Develop code and UI components using best practices laid out by the organizationTranslate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into high-quality code.Perform integration, and end-to-end testingBuild responsive, elegant and engaging experiences with future friendly web and mobile technologiesWork closely with designers, back-end developers and stakeholders to improve usabilityImplement product features in a variety of applications including single page, web apps and browser extensionsImplement efficient and scalable design and codeBuild, enhance and maintain web applications that support/allow different front-end frameworks to co-existWhat You Will NeedBE/BTech/MCA with 4+ years of experienceStrong JavaScript skills with in-depth knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (Reactjs / Vue.js / Angular in order of preference)Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, Sass, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSONDetailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze web applications using HTML, CSS and comparable languagesExpert knowledge of browser and device differences / limitationsExperience in REST API integration and debuggingKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and i18n requirements.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesContinued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy and technologyFamiliarity with the tools for version control (Git, BitBucket, SVN)Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts, discuss requirements, and provide updatesExperience in building custom UI widgets (Good to have)Demonstrate exceptional agility in navigating diverse technical challenges and project demands.Lead the complete lifecycle of major features, ensuring robust design, implementation, and operational excellence.
