This role is a blend of end-to-end recruitment ownership and HR operational excellence .If you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and know how to balance creative hiring with structured processes, you’ll fit right in.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionOwn the full recruitment cycle from understanding the brief to closing the offerPartner with department heads to identify hiring needs and role requirementsWrite compelling and accurate job descriptions that reflect with our creative cultureSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking.Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, culture fit, and interest levelCoordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and final offer rolloutsNegotiate salary packages and ensure smooth onboardingHR OperationsSupport onboarding process with welcome kits, orientation, and documentationMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policiesAssist in performance review coordination and documentationCollaborate with finance for payroll inputs and HR-related reimbursementsTrack probation periods, confirmations, and employee lifecycle eventsEmployer BrandingBuild our brand presence through social media and creative hiring campaignsOrganize recruitment drives, networking events, and campus engagementsCollaborate with the marketing team for career page and hiring creativesQualifications & SkillsExperience: 4–6 years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR Operations (agency or creative industry preferred)Strong understanding of creative/production/marketing industry hiring needsExcellent sourcing skills active and passive talent huntingStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsHighly organized with an ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneouslyA proactive problem-solver who thrives in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment
