Responsibilities

· Provide expertise with Sanity, NEXT JS, ReactJS, Google Ad Manager, WordPress, HTML, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, and WooCommerce.

· Develop, deploy, and maintain our main WordPress websites.

· Constantly improve and build new add-ons to attract readers

· Write clean, maintainable code and adhere to best practices.

· Attend daily project meetings and calls as required.

· Ability to ramp up quickly.

· Enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment as an individual contributor.

· Experience with PHP Web Frameworks.

· Experience with responsive design/development.

· Must be familiar working with WordPress themes and plugins.

· Experience with building databases

· Social media integration.

· Proficient in search engine optimization

· Email marketing integration

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· A passion for learning new things and technologies is a must

· Experience in implementing and managing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) helpful.

· Would consider either Part-time or Full-time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design
  • Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JQuery
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with Sanity, NEXT JS, ReactJS, Google Ad Manager, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
