How you will spend your time:


  • Employee engagement and events: Help in creating an Annual Engagement calendar and managing events and committee end to end. Use tools, strategies, and best practices to foster a more engaged and motivated workforce. Create feedback mechanism to collate and analyse event feedback.
  • Corporate Communications: Draft communication emails, identify strategies to improve communications, ensuring clarity and transparency among team members with respect to policies and procedures at Withum.
  • Branding and Design Support: Creating consistent and impactful brand presence, both internally and externally in coordination with marketing team. Preparing posts, collages, presentations, video snippets, etc to showcase the work and experience of team members.
  • Onboarding: To streamline and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires, host induction programmes and have mechanism for tracking the same. Collate feedback and focus on continuous improvements.
  • Database update and Reporting: Should be able to keep track of daily work, progress of events and committees. Present the required engagement information to leadership as and when required.
  • Assistance in aligning India initiatives with the specific values of Withum.


Required Skills:

  • Relevant Experience 4 to 8 Years.
  • Good at employee communications and relations
  • Understanding of HR function and its operations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Good at project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word). Should know vlookup, pivot. Should be able to create Power point presentations using new ways of technology.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication (English)
