Performance Marketing (Part-Time) Company: Zara About the Role Zara is looking for a part-time Performance Marketing professional to support our digital growth across paid channels. You will focus on optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and improving ROI through data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and other channels. Monitor daily performance KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, keywords, and audiences. Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, Content, Branding) to align messaging and funnel strategy. Manage part-time performance budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (must-have). Ability to work with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, or similar. Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs and tracking (Pixel, UTMs, events). Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions. Available to work part-time, remote-friendly. Nice to Have Experience in fashion / retail / e-commerce. Knowledge of remarketing, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation.
