Conservation Architect

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Conservation Architect (6 to 8 years of experience) to join our team. If you are passionate about heritage conservation and have strong expertise in coordinating interior, structural and MEP works with a deep understanding of site realities—this opportunity is for you.Job DescriptionLead conservation projects with holistic coordination across interiors, structure, and MEP.Oversee site execution with a strong eye for detail and quality.Prepare and review working drawings, detailing, and consultant coordination.Contribute to the development and adherence to conservation specifications and documentation standards.Desired Profile of the CandidateBachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputed Indian or international institute.Master’s degree in Conservation is essential.6-8 years of relevant professional experience.Excellent coordination and communication skills with experience in collaborative, team-based environments.Strong site exposure with hands-on knowledge of working drawings and detailing.Familiarity with Architectural Conservation Specifications & Documentation.Experience with conservation of loadbearing structures with timber framing, along with adaptive reuse and expansion, is highly desirable.Knowledge of International Standards & Systems will be an advantage.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp; additional software knowledge is a plus.Send your CV and portfolio to:
