Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager specializing in IT/AV/ELV Solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities within the industry. Daily responsibilities include developing comprehensive sales plans, managing customer accounts, preparing proposals, presenting solutions to prospects, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. The role also entails market research, generating leads, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Qualifications Proven experience in IT, AV, or ELV sales and expertise in understanding and presenting technical solutions Strong business development, lead generation, and client relationship management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to create and manage sales strategies and meet revenue targets Proficiency in market research, proposal writing, and sales documentation Strong project management and collaboration capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in system integration or a similar industry is an advantage
