About Oben:We’re building India’s most exciting electric motorcycle brand. Bold, urban, and unapologetically performance-first. Our flagship, the Rorr EZ, is made for city riders who demand style, power, and presence.Now we’re looking for a designer who brings that same energy to our social and brand marketing, someone who knows good design and knows how to move faster and smarter using AI. If you're the kind who explores what Midjourney can do before lunch and exports an After Effects reel before coffee, read on.What You’ll Do- Create immersive, scroll-stopping designs for Oben’s social media - Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X- Design full-funnel brand marketing assets for product launches, influencer campaigns, offline activations, digital ads and emailers.- Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly or ChatGPT to explore ideas, generate visual directions, iterate faster, and experiment more boldly- Collaborate with content, video and performance teams to create cohesive stories with high visual impact- Develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity from templates to typography, color to motion- Bring motion into your work with basic animation, transitions, or direction for video editors- Use AI not as a shortcut, but as a creativity multiplier concept exploration, mockups, and sometimes just breaking out of a creative block- Keep an eye on visual, automotive and social trends, especially in the EV, mobility, and creator economy space.What We’re Looking For- 2–4 years of experience in brand or social media design roles- A strong portfolio across digital design and motion graphics — Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn especially- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) plus a working knowledge of AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Leonardo, etc.)- Visual taste that’s bold, modern, and city-smart- Someone who’s hands-on, self-driven, and excited to push both design and tech boundaries- Bonus: You ride, you sketch bikes for fun, or you’ve built something cool using AI recently — tell us about itWhat You’ll Love- A brand that’s not afraid of experimentation with both design and technology.- Projects that span online and on-ground: from reels to retail, launch campaigns to live events- A fast-moving team that values initiative, originality and speed over red tape.- The chance to define what the future of EVs looks like in India and help it reach millions
