From immuno-oncology to hepatitis, our insights have supported70+ therapy areas worldwide.What You’ll DoSupport thefull lifecycleof pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.Conductmarket sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modellingto inform product and marketing strategies.Build and optimiseautomated data pipelines(e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.Develop and presentinteractive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentationsto communicate findings to stakeholders.Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights intoscalable, productised solutionsthat align with our platform vision.Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharingbest practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL queryingto ensure consistent quality and innovation.Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.Essential Criteria5+ years’ experiencein commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.Proven expertise inSQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations) ,Python(Num Py, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools ( Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query ).Strong background inhealthcare analyticsusing datasets from providers such asIQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.Experience withpredictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.Skilled indashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g.,Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics ).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.Why Join Prospection?Impact:Work on projects that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes globally.Growth:Be part of a rapidly scaling company with career advancement opportunities.Culture:Join a collaborative, mission-driven team passionate about healthcare and data.Learning:Access professional development, mentorship, and exposure to advanced analytics technologies.If you’re ready to use your skills inSQL, Python, predictive modelling, and healthcare data analyticsto make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
