Working with the Senior Community Coordinator and company CEO, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns for Bee Skilled e Learning Programs, primarily focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa. While the role will primarily focus on Marketing and Sales of e Learning program – which will include designing new campaigns, working with partner agencies and lead conversion, the role will also partially include managing back-end e Learning operations (majorly automated), and managing student CRM. The below-mentioned responsibilities are duties are to be conducted in close supervision of the reporting or project manager. Marketing and Sales (50%)Develop new marketing campaigns for African audience for Bee Skilled’s e Learning products Develop marketing assets on Canva / Power Point / Vyond or other image / video software Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate outreach and impact Manage Bee Skilled’s CRM to manage e Learning users Organize webinars or other marketing events to engage with prospective learners or institutions Work with partner institutions, influencers and affiliate network for identifying leads or managing conversions Enroll paid users on the training courses Develop weekly training M&E sheet Develop training related assets as and when relevant Support community management team with social media content related to training events Develop social media assets using Softwares like Canva Showcase achievements, events and any other highlights from training on social media in collaboration with other community management team Master’s degree such as MBA in marketing , sales and administration or similar is Highly Preferrable Experience A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing of e Learning or other education programs, training management, or other similar role.
