We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Glazing Estimator to join our team and contribute to our growing success.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project plans and specifications to determine project scope and identify risks or opportunitiesPrepare detailed, accurate cost estimates based on material requirements, labor rates, and project timelinesDevelop strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materialsIdentify and implement cost-saving strategies that do not compromise quality or project performanceWork with project managers and team members to ensure all estimates are aligned with project goals and timelinesGuide junior estimators to ensure high-quality estimates and timely project deliveryQualificationsBachelor's in Civil or Architectural Engineering (preferred)3 to 7 years in construction estimation or project management rolesProficient in Microsoft Excel, Blue Beam Revu, Plan Swift, or On-Screen TakeoffStrong focus on accuracy and precision in estimation and cost analysisAbility to communicate project requirements and estimates to stakeholders in EnglishSolid understanding of construction codes, regulations, and best practices
