The long-term vision is to evolve into a daily meal subscription model, where customers can enjoy fresh, balanced, and flavorful North Indian food every day — without compromise on taste, quality, or convenience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Service team as a CHEF at Jolly's Pujabi Kitchen, located in Bengaluru. The Restaurant Service team member will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, while the order is been ready , ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, Handling kitchen duties , and handling payments. The role also involves adhering to health and safety regulations, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with other team members to provide exceptional service.Qualifications- Cook high quality food- Customer Service and Communication Skills- Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards- Teamwork and Collaboration skills- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
