Job Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2–3 Years Department: Technology / Software Development About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software engineer/Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web-based applications. The ideal candidate will be part of our technical team, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and Vue/React. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient web applications using PHP (Laravel framework), Node.js, and front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform optimization of web applications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best coding practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations. Contribute to deployment pipelines and version control processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA) or related field. 2–3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, and at least one modern front-end framework (Vue.js or React.js). Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and RESTful APIs Experience with relational databases ( MySQL, PostgreSQL ) and version control (Git). Familiarity with software development best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred (Nice to Have) Awareness of DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of containerization tools like Docker Basic knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
