Position: Planview Configuration Consultant Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full Time Experience Level: (Mid-Level/Senior) Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Planview Configuration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing Planview’s project portfolio management (PPM) solutions to align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency. This role demands a strong understanding of Planview’s capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Planview Implementation and Configuration: • Configure Planview modules, including resource management, portfolio management, financial management, and reporting tools. • Customize workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces based on business requirements. 2. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations. • Identify gaps and propose tailored solutions to maximize Planview’s functionality. 3. System Integration and Data Management: • Integrate Planview with other enterprise tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration platforms). • Manage data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 4. Testing and Validation: • Develop and execute test cases to validate configurations and integrations. • Ensure the system meets functional and technical requirements. 5. End-User Training and Support: • Provide training sessions and create user documentation for administrators and end-users. • Offer post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize usage. 6. Continuous Improvement: • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency. • Stay updated with Planview’s latest features and capabilities to ensure optimal utilization. Qualifications 1. Technical Skills: • Hands-on experience with Planview Enterprise (Planview One, PPM Pro, Lean Kit, etc.). • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Experience with APIs and middleware tools for system integration. 2. Domain Expertise: • Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management (PPM) principles. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. 3. Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 4.
