We are building innovative and aspirational solutions with a passionate team committed to solving global problems at scale.Role OverviewAs a Visual Communication Designer specializing in 3D, you will play a critical role in elevating Praan’s brand and product storytelling through immersive, visually compelling 3D content. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to create photorealistic models, animations, and interactive visuals that communicate our vision and technology effectively to diverse audiences.Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality 3D models, animations, and visualizations aligned with Praan’s brand and product messaging.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual assets for campaigns, presentations, websites, and social media.- Create photorealistic renderings and animations that showcase Praan’s technology and impact stories.- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling.- Manage and maintain project assets, ensuring organized files and version control.- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in 3D visual design and communication.- Support other visual communication needs including graphic design, motion graphics, and infographics as required.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Arts, or a related field.- Proven experience as a 3D Designer or Visual Communication Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing 3D work.- Proficient in 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, or equivalent.- Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or similar for photorealistic outputs.- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools.- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and branding principles.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects.- Excellent communication skills to effectively present creative ideas and concepts.Preferred Skills- Experience with interactive or augmented reality (AR) visualizations.- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics production.Why Join Praan?- Be part of a mission-driven startup addressing a critical global issue.- Work with a diverse, passionate team where your creativity and ideas will shape the future.- Opportunity for continuous learning and professional growth in cutting-edge visual technology.- Competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements.
